The Quote Measure Process

Book Your Measure Appointment
Start by contacting us via phone or through our website. We’ll arrange a day and time that suits you for one of our team members to visit your space.
On‑Site Measure & Design Discussion
During the visit, we take precise measurements of the area you’d like work completed. We also discuss your ideas, preferences, and any design elements you’d like to incorporate. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to offer recommendations based on functionality, style, and the way you use your space.

Drafting Your Custom Plans
After the measure, our team creates detailed plans based on everything discussed.
These drawings are sent to you for review to ensure we’ve captured your vision accurately.
If you’d like to refine the design, you’re welcome to visit our office. We can make adjustments together in real time so you can see your project come to life exactly the way you want it.
Final Costing & Material Selection
Once the design is confirmed, we prepare a full project cost based on the materials and finishes you’ve selected. This ensures you have a clear, itemised understanding of the investment before moving forward.

Optional Project Management & Trades Coordination
For a seamless experience, we also offer a project management service. If your project requires additional trades — such as electricians, plumbers, plasterers or tilers — we can organise quotes and coordinate them for you. This keeps everything running smoothly and saves you the hassle of managing multiple contractors.
How to Make the Quote & Measure Process Even Easier
A little preparation before your measure appointment can make a big difference. Here are a few simple steps that help us understand your vision clearly and ensure your project gets off to the best possible start.
Explore The “Our Work” Gallery for Inspiration
Browsing through our completed projects is a great way to get a feel for different styles, layouts, and finishes. If something catches your eye, let us know — it helps us understand the direction you’d like to take.
Look Online for Ideas You Love
Websites like Pinterest, Instagram, and home‑renovation blogs are full of creative joinery ideas. Saving a few images that match the look or functionality you’re aiming for gives us a strong starting point when discussing your design.
Think About How You Use the Space
Before we arrive, consider:
-
What currently works well
-
What doesn’t
-
Any storage or layout challenges
-
The overall style you’re hoping to achieve
Even a rough idea helps us tailor recommendations to suit your lifestyle and needs.
Consider Your Preferred Materials and Finishes
Having a general sense of colours, textures, or materials you like — even if it’s just a mood board — helps us guide you toward options that match your style and budget. This can also include any new appliances you might be purchasing to ensure we design a space that suits these products.
